The sequel nobody everybody asked for. What things have you been watching? TV shows, movies, cartoons, musicals, livestreams; if it moves and you see it with your eyes, talk about it here.

Me, I've been watching Spy x Family like everyone else. My mom and I watched the first five episodes (again, in my case) and I can feel the brainrot sink in. I should proooobably catch up on the new episodes...

I haven't watched Spy x Family, but I'm loving the manga. It's just so GOOD. The timing, the jokes, the art, the stories and characters.

I don't really watch much but I informed my husband of Ancient Aliens, the show on History Channel, and now every evening I watch him watch it while raging about how stupid the presenters are.

Ahhh I know how that is. Lynx will also watch things and rage about how dumb they are, lol.

Spy x Family anime is an excellent adaptation of the manga, so check it out at some point!

I’ve been watching SxF, Gundam: Witch from Mercury, and trying Bocchi the Rock this season. Fun shows all around.

I’ve heard good things about Andor, like it’s a heist show.

Mostly anime as always. This season I'm watching
Chainsaw Man
Bleach
Mob Psycho S3
Eminence in Shadow
Shinobi no Ittoki
More than married less than lovers
Spy x Family
Urusei Yatsura
My Hero
To Your Eternity

On top of that casually rewatching Yu Yu Hakusho because why not. Pretty much have 1-2 new eps to watch every day which is nice

my friend recently became really interested in Hunter x Hunter so I've mostly been watching that in full-day binge sessions. I don't think I usually go crazy with shounen but this has been a fun watch

also catching new episodes of Spy x Family when I remember, I think I'm behind a few episodes and I'll probably pick up the manga (JP version) once this season finishes because I really enjoy it! I think it's one of my favorites in recent memory

Extremely faithful so far. I didn't watch much of the original but they've really kept that "old school" feeling to it. Some of the jokes are outdated but I am having a good time

Is it a modern retelling? I tried getting into the original but never got too far. I appreciate its iconic status, and Lum is very cute, but it never hooked me.

Nah it's like watching an 80's anime with higher resolution- the voice actors have changed but nothing is modern about it so far. Definitely a turn off your brain type of show. Lum is a bit annoying at times tho

Ahh, I see I see. I like Lum's extra-iridescent hair in the modern version, but overall, not a huge fan of the art style.

The BBC dub is amazing, and I wish they had run farther with it.
